Summer Time Blues

Today is July 22, 2010....exactly 2 weeks until the first day of school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't express enough my excitement!!! This has been a very trying summer to say the least! With my spouse and I both out of work and both at home with 3 kids all summer....need I say more?!?!? We only went out of town once for 4 days for a funeral in Kentucky, and the kids have been dying to go to the beach, but alas we cannot afford that this year. Anyway, my husband and I are both going back to school this Fall also!! This economy was just the motivation I needed to get me wanting to improve my life. I am 31 years old with just a high school diploma...not going far with that these days that's for sure.... I must say that I am excited about going back to school, although I am a little nervous! I go for my placements test next Monday, so hopefully I will do well enough on that so I wont have to take remedial classes. Wish me luck!!!
